A SaaS used by large companies to train 200k+ people had grown fast. Scheduling sessions created conflicts, pages slowed down, and learners struggled to find the right course.
The solution
A smart scheduling engine running asynchronously, an AI coach that recommends courses from each learner’s profile using RAG on the course catalogue, and a full performance pass.
